Brazilian Zouk is a partner dance; it's engaging, fluid, and passionate. With soft, undulating, and sensual movements, it emphasizes the connection between partners and the musicality of the dance. In this workshop, we'll explore the fundamentals of Zouk in a lighthearted way, focusing on listening, creativity, and the joy of dancing together. At the end, everyone will be able to put the teachings into practice. As with other workshops, a partner or previous experience is not necessary; just a willingness to move and let yourself be carried away by the music.
Ketlen Dallegrave was born in Brazil and currently lives in Portugal, where she is a yoga instructor and Brazilian social dance teacher, teaching Brazilian Zouk, Forró, and Samba de Gafieira.
