Biodanza - Teresa Afonso

Biodanza is much more than a dance. As a system of human development, it proposes integrative experiences of meaning through movement and music, starting from an encounter with others.

Teresa de Sousa Afonso, a native of Porto, but with a heart spread across the continent and islands, currently resides in Abrantes where she is, among other things, a Biodanza facilitator, supervised by the Lisbon School, within the context of the Rolando Toro System. A humanist and optimist, she is dedicated to the human cause, still believing in our genetic and ancestral potential, founded on Love as the meaning of all things.
